I don't like to leave negative reviews but this place deserves it as the manager running the place is rude and unprofessional. I got there and was met by a nice and professional receptionist. Made the deal for an alignment for my truck and they proceeded. When completed the manager came to me that I didn't even see until the job was done and stated I needed to pay. I paid and I requested for a printout of the alignment, which in return he said you don't need it. I thought he didn't hear me correctly and that I was asking for a receipt, then I asked him again and he said its not necessary. I left and tested the alignment, in which there was improvement in the car as I changed the tie rods, but the steering was 30% to the left driving straight down the road. I went back to the shop after putting 6 miles to make sure of the issue. I met the manager again to tell him the issue that the alignment got better but the steering was not aligned. He responded that this is not part of the alignment process to adjust the steering and that they will need to work on the suspension for that and will cost me more. I don't know if he was just trying to get rid of me or extract more money. In what world does a tech align front wheels without putting the steering straight. Never again, save your time and money and go somewhere else. With it being so hot out I can't believe when I asked if there is an indoor waiting area they said just sit outside and wait.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I got my front brakes done and it was okay then when I went to get my back brakes I was charged almost three times more and was told it was because they had to use the computer to program the systems alert and never did it then when I question them about it they gave me a run around and try to lie and say they never charged me then was told I have to go to the dealer and get it reprogrammed I advised you to be careful when going here they will try to over charge you and make sure you check their work because they tell you they going to do the work and end up not doing itTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
